~~~~~~~~~~~Volunteer Opportunities ~~~~~~~~~~~
Spring 2008 (April - June)
4-H After-School Programs is currently looking for dedicated volunteers to train alongside our experienced staff teaching a nationally-recognized 4-H curriculum.
This is a great opportunity for aspiring and seasoned teachers alike, or for those simply interested in sharing their knowledge of the outdoors with the next generation.
Interested parties need only commit to 1-2 hours/ week, after school, from now until June.  The training you receive will enable you to teach your own programs next year, and stay up to date with other 4-H opportunities!
We have many positions available, and can arrange to place you in a school nearby.
Think about it –
This is a perfect opportunity for students who want to learn more about teaching
Fun, Hands-on Science!
This is a great resume builder!
Dear SUN School Site Manager,
Thank you for partnering with OSU Extension 4-H to bring science education to the youth and your site!  We hope this experience was an enjoyable and educational experience for both you and your students.
